Meaningful and Effective Problem Solving = Real Solutions
This skill is essential to being a successful leader

When faced by a problem, many people tend to throw out suggestions, go with their experience or gut feeling, or jump to a conclusion about what to do without first looking for where the problem is really occurring and identifying the root causes. Thus the problem is not truly solved and reoccurs, leading to wasted effort and resources.

In this course trainees learn the correct approach to avoid the pitfalls of incorrect “problem solving”. The training provides a balanced combination of presentation, discussion, and individual and group exercises to ensure trainees acquire the necessary understanding to immediately begin applying effective problem solving in their daily business activities.

Problem solving is the international language of capable business people the world over and is useful in all fields, industries, and job functions. If you want to be a successful business leader, you need to be a successful problem solver. This course will help you become one.
