Precena Business

Precena provides business skills training and assessment to leading global companies such as Toyota, Shiseido, NTT Docomo, and NEC. Our active clientele is continuously growing reaching over 200 companies providing training to more than 30,000 professionals annually. Precena covers various training subjects including basic skills such as “problem solving” and “logical presentation” as well as advanced skills such as “formulating a medium-term management plan” and “vision penetration workshop” that form the core of business management. Precena has received high recognition amongst leading companies and the request for provision of Precena services has continuously increased ever since the firm’s establishment in 2006.

Especially, the recent years have been a breakthrough point where our services see no competitors in our area of expertise. There are of course, sector pier companies in the immense training market. However, from the standpoint of the customers, our service uniqueness proves that it is rare for Precena to enter into a competition with the sector pier companies. 3 Positions at Precena

Professional Position

Professional position staff is in charge of conducting training as instructor, conduct sales activities, and develop training material as well as manage the company as director and or team leader of departments (“Professional Position” is called “front position” in the company.)

Sales Support Position

Sales support position staff are in charge of fully supporting the professional position staff in conducting the sales activities and marketing activities of the firm. After increasing their skill level, the sales support position staff are also in charge of conducting sales activities on his/her own (The “Sales Support Position” is called the “middle position” within the firm.)

Desk Staff Position

Desk staff is in charge of managing the training logistics, accounting, legal issues, and other general affairs issues to manage the firm. After increasing their skill level, the desk staff will also be team leaders of departments in the firm to effectively manage firm operations (The “Desk Staff Position” is called the “back position” within the firm.)
