Goals of the session

Building on new technologies and business ideas, trainees will improve their skills about how to think about the value proposition to customers, develop a business model, draft action plans, and reflect these in a cash flow model.

Highlights of the session

At first, the basics of competitive strategy, “value proposition, business domain, and differentiation” will be considered based on technology and business seeds. Then, you will learn the concept of business model development through the real company case. Lastly, cash flow and investment plan will be developed in a form of a simple profit and loss statement. Working on a post-assignment, each trainee will make a new business plan followed by a presentation to the management.
