Purpose for the training

Trainees will learn setting type problem solving as a high level skill, and goal setting problem solving as middle level skill, based on event type problem solving for problems that occur.

Characteristics of the class

Trainees will learn event type problem solving for first half of the training. Starting from simple case study like “how to improve sales amount of Tokyo Tower”, and then make action idea for case studies made from the actual situation of existing companies. In second half of the class, trainees will consider what kind of ideal situation the company should aim to achieve, and what the company should do to realize ideal situation.
