MBA Course for Future Executives

Purpose for the training

Trainees will learn the knowledge necessary for managing business for future executives, and can utilize it for considering their actual business issues.

Characteristic of the class

First of all, trainees will learn Goal Setting Type Problem Solving to gain the necessary thinking skills to utilize MBA knowledge in their actual business.
Then trainees will learn Accounting for analyzing the current situation and Strategy for making what they need to realize in their actual business. Regarding execution plan creation, trainees will learn “Organization management”, “Marketing” and “Finance to consider the plan from People, Service/Product and Money point of view. Trainees will learn basic knowledge though web-learning before the class, so they can discuss case studies smoothly during the class.
