Mini MBA Course

Training Objective

The training not only covers the vast knowledge related to Business Management but also how to utilize such knowledge in actual practice. By organically linking each MBA knowledge subject, the training will take an in-depth approach in developing the practical skill to solve actual business problems.

Characteristic of the class

The training course will first cover business strategy and marketing strategy to acquire the knowledge necessary to set the ideal situation of the company. Secondly, accounting will be covered to enable analysis of the current company state using a financial index. Following that, organizational management, marketing, and finance will be covered to acquire the knowledge necessary to develop a feasible work plan from the perspective of “people”, “product”, and “capital”. All of the above subjects can be learned using the web learning system which enables the actual group training to be case based focusing on the application of the leaned subjects. Assessment of the understanding level will be conducted on the last day.
